i wanna know
decriminalized in Canada
"Everything you always wanted to know about how to harvest marijuana...."
hey guys =]
hope some one answer my Q sOOn
Coffee shops are not allowed by law to sell marijuana under the age of 18. A lot of younger kids do smoke cause they let someone else by it for them.
Prices
Cannabis prices vary according to shop location and type. In the centre of Amsterdam prices tend to be a little higher especially in places that cater for tourists – that includes both rip-off joints and connoisseur's shops.
Coffeeshops are not allowed to advertise their wares and most have removed their menus from their web sites. The following typical menu is a composite of average prices for some common varieties in several shops. Prices are in Euros per gram and are presented as a guideline only:
Grass Hash
Thai € 4.50 Moroccan € 5.00
Skunk € 5.00 Special Moroccan € 7.00
Northern Lights € 6.00 Nepalese € 10.00
White Widow € 6.50
AK47 € 7.50
Super Silver Haze € 9.00
It is not legal in Amsterdam, but will be allowed if you do not make difficulties.
Besides, you are not supposed to smoke it outside the coffee-shop that sells it, or your own house. (Hostels allow it at times.)
But it is the same laws for all of the Netherlands.
Besides, in every country I have ever been there were people smoking/using drugs, often a lot more powerful than the things you can buy here.
There are more countries with an official 'look away' policy, like one part of Stockholm, but I do not know them as I am not a drugs user.
If you are a user you can ask around in any town you are and you can find people selling and using.
If you do not use it, you will not even see it (most of the time) in the Dutch towns.
What are you talking about, especially ShyNsassy ???
ShyNsassy you certainly have asked people who do it frequently, but you cannot sit in nearly any coffee and smoke some joints… I mean some people do it in some places but it is illegal and if you are caught you might get a fine.
Now it is still ILLEGAL in Switzerland to plant, to commercialize and to smoke cannabis. Punition will be more severe if you sell it than if you smoke it. You can even go to prison for one day or two if you are caught selling it.
However law is variable from canton to canton and some of them TOLERATE limited smoking in some places.
There are discussions in Switzerland whether or not to depenalize cannabis… BUT CANNABIS IS STILL ILLEGAL RIGHT NOW…
So to reply to the question, NO, marijuana is not legal in Switzerland as it is in Amsterdam.
So when you don't really know about a question, please do not answer…
