Led Grow Lights

doing a project need to know. Anyone know of a developing technology that will absorb smell like a plastic or polymer of some sort.
Will a plant under a grow light give off water out of the leaves.

I can answer your first question. Yes, the plant will always transpire until it is wilting or dead. On the leaves, there are openings called stomata, surrounded by guard cells. When the guard cells are full of water, they are too full to close the stomata, so water escapes. When the guard cells are low on water, the opposite effect happens.

I have a reptile light from my old snake, the current bulb is like 50 watt, but I can put up to 75. I have a little indoor garden and I’m wondering if i can use it to substitute sun without buying a new grow light.
thanks.

That shouldn’t be a problem. When I’ve kept reptiles and grown plants in their vivariums, I’ve never used a separate plant light. The UVB lights for reptiles produce enough light in the right wavelengths for the plants to thrive. But in the long term, you might want to compare the prices of the bulbs to see which costs less. And you shouldn’t need a plant grow light, just look for a bulb that says "full spectrum" if you aren’t keeping a reptile that requires UVB. These often cost less, and have a more pleasing "white" color than plant lights which can appear purple or pinkish.
