I wouldn't call the cops in either cases. It's pointless just like weed being illegal is pointless. If a child was being abused in either case then yes I would report them both to the police. But that's not the case in either of these situations so who ever calls the cops based on the above is just a snitch.

Why would you want to call the cops on anybody?Now i do agree with you about a child being abused,yes by all means call the cops or cps,but just because you were drinking a beer with one of your friends and he or she decided to smoke a joint why would you want to call the laws on them?As for the outdoor concert and you smell weed all I can say is "Live and let live"

It’s pointless to have people arrested for smoking weed anyways because marijuana shouldn’t be illegal. So, no, I would not call the cops in any of those cases. And I probably wouldn’t call the cops even if they were doing something that should be illegal because who wants to be a nark…
